Taking cues from Nantucket (with a dash of Muffy and Buffy country club chic), the intimate space is decked out with clean lines and nautical flourishes (brass fixtures, old coastal maps). Dock at the all-white bar or a booth christened after a swatch of Cali coast (Santa Barbara Harbor, Malibu coastline) and festooned with vintage photographs of its namesake. Servers suited in custom Siwy denim deliver seasonal cocktails, like the JoJo (vodka, St-Germain, strawberries) and the Mesa Mule (tequila, passion fruit puree, ginger beer), made with produce and herbs from the soon-to-come garden in the back.
